My name is Laura and I am 23 years old. I am currently living in Fort Wayne, Indiana but I am planning on moving to Columbus, Ohio early next year.

 

Some things I enjoy doing are listening to music, going to concerts, roadtrips, movies (though I have to be in the mood), going to the occasional bar, drinking, playing with my animals, exercising, sleeping, camping, amusement parks, going on long walks, playing video games (NES/SNES). I really do like doing a lot of things. There are some things I like to do on a consistent basis, and others I just do whenever it comes up.

 

I am currently going to school to get my associate's degree in veterinary medicine to become a vet tech. I graduate in December and after that, I will be working full time in a small animal practice, so I'm pretty excited. I want to extend my education at some point and get my bachelor's because I want to specialize in anesthesia and/or emergency critical care.

 

I have goals and ambitions, and I also know what I want out of life and what i don't want out of life. I can be a simple and complicated person at the same time. I analyze even the littlest situations, but it just means I am capable of thought and don't just take everything at face value.

 

I am a very caring and warm individual with an extremely sarcastic and fun loving personality. I would do anything for my friends or that special guy in my life. I don't take life too seriously, but I do know when life needs to serious to be mature and responsible.

 

The type of person I'd like to meet is someone who is attractive (looks do matter to some extent; I'm not going to front), knows what they want in life, has career goals and ambitions, responsible, mature, caring, respectful, honest, monogamous, intelligent, funny, has a sense of humor, confident, loves animals, secure with who they are, and is basically just an overall good person. Hope that list wasn't too picky, but honestly.. it's what I want and I refuse to settle for less than I deserve!

 

I believe that honest, respect and communication are crucial to any friendship/relationship. If you can't be 100% honest with me at all times, then you don't deserve my love and affection. I would be 100% honest with whoever I was with at the time, so I deserve the same respect and expect the same in return. I also believe in only being with one person at any given time, so if you're one of those people who believes in open relationships or you don't see any wrong in cheating, then you can move along.
